Hello to all of you out in “Our Cozy Kitchen” Accessible World land.
Thirteen days from the date of our next show, April 22, 2012 from 4-5 p.m. Pacific time, and other times around the world as listed below, we are going to celebrate Cinco de Mayo day and discuss numerous recipes for Mexican cuisine. Our special guest in “Our Cozy Kitchen” will be none other than Linda Samulski, Outreach and Student Services Coordinator at Guide Dogs of the Desert. Linda is most familiar with Mexican cooking and the culture as she used to teach in Tijuana. Linda will be giving us some of the traditional Mexican meal recipes along with some faster recipe ideas. She will also explain just what Cinco de Mayo represents, and how the Mexican population celebrates it.
So we urge you to join us for a great taste of a most interesting and exciting culture with an excellent presenter this Sunday, April 22, 2012, from 4-5 p.m. on accessibleworld.org in the Accessible Kitchen Room.
