Our Cozy kitchen Holly Kaczmarski Gluten intolerance

Body:

THE accessible kitchen presents a special guest on "our Cozy Kitchen", Ms. Holly Kaczmarski, from the great state of Washington. Holly has been having some difficulty over the past couple of months getting her microphone to work, but now we are finally all set and ready to hear what she has to say in regards to gluten free cooking. Holly's husband is gluten intolerant, and both of them have learned a great deal about working in the kitchen with that type of dietary need and have gained a vast knowledge over the years of how to cook and deal with gluten free products even when dining out.

Holly works as a tutor with blind and visually impaired students in the Disability Tutor-Technology Department at the Walla Walla Community College in Walla Walla, Washington. She is a trained Biologist and has her BS degree in Zoology and Microbiology and has minors in Botany and Art.

Holly also does a lot of volunteer work as the Treasurer of the Pacific Northwest AER, Guide Dog Users of Washington State, as well as her college's Gay/Straight Pride Organization and also the incoming Secretary of her Lions Club in Dayton, Washington just to name a few activities. She is also involved in the Washington Council of the Blind.

If you have any questions you would like me to ask Holly about gluten free recipes/diet, please e-mail me at kenmetz1946@gmail.com, or my cohost to "Our Cozy Kitchen, Ruth Ann Acosta at ruth1244@gmail.com
