For this program, our co-host, Ken Metz, will be away, so I shall do my best to carry on with our program.
Our honored guest is Linda Larsen a nationally acclaimed Home Economist and an expert on crockpot cooking. Linda has been on our program before and was very well accepted by our worldwide audience.
Linda will bring many recipes to our attention. We shall welcome questions and recipes from our audience.

Linda Larsen is an author, journalist, and home economist who is at: About.com Guide to Busy Cooks. Since 2004, she has written 27 cookbooks plus Medical Ethics for Dummies, worked for the Pillsbury Company for many years, and has written many articles for Womans Day, Woman's World, First, and Quick and Simple magazines. Linda is also the Editor of Food Poisoning Bulletin, a Google News site. She has a degree in Biology from St. Olaf College and a degree with High Distinction in Food Science from the University of Minnesota. She develops recipes, teaches people how to cook, and writes guides illustrating cooking methods.
